NotMyToll.
The toll-hold exception desk for Florida private tag agencies.
Some Florida vehicle renewals stay blocked after the customer has paid the toll. NotMyToll helps tag agencies finish them: it organizes the receipts and release documents, tracks each reported hold, and prepares the case for clerk review.
Paid, but still blocked.
Someone has to assemble the proof.
Under s. 320.03(8), Florida Statutes, a receipt from the reporting governmental entity or the clerk of court showing the outstanding fines were paid is an alternative to the name dropping off the stop list. Assembling that official evidence for the clerk's review is the job NotMyToll was built for. Each office sets its own procedure, so the product follows the office, not a statewide guess.
One stalled renewal,
followed from counter to clerk.
A record for every hold
Each reported hold gets its own record, with where the information came from and when it was checked, so one paid invoice can't close a case with three holds.
A document reader
Receipts and release documents are read for issuer, reference, payment date, amount, remaining balance and vehicle identifiers. Every field stays "extracted" until a clerk confirms it.
An office checklist
What each office accepts, from whom, through which channel, and when that was last confirmed.
A cover sheet, not a release
One page on top of the original official evidence, listing each hold, the document attached, and what is still outstanding. It says plainly that NotMyToll did not issue any release.
A status board
Awaiting customer, awaiting official evidence, ready for clerk review, clerk accepted evidence, renewal completed.
A report that counts finished work
It leads with renewals completed after referral, then net clerk minutes saved, repeat visits and total support time.
Built for a regulated counter.
The clerk decides.
The product is designed around what it will never do. These rules are published on notmytoll.com.
- It never takes, holds or moves customer money.
- It doesn't file disputes, pick legal remedies or write legal arguments.
- It never tells anyone they owe nothing.
- It never issues a clearance or a release.
- A receipt alone never marks a hold cleared. The clerk records it, with a date and a source.
Shipped, then kept running.
NotMyToll is live at notmytoll.com with a guided sample case, a partner demo and a library of plain-English guides on Florida toll holds. It is taking pilot requests: one counter, 30 days, with founder-assisted follow-up that is time-limited and logged in the report. Every plate, bill and number on the site is synthetic.
We build for buyers who answer to rules.
Clear owners, evidence trails, a human who signs off, and a report that counts finished outcomes. It's the same way we build agents for companies that sell to banks and credit unions.
